A charming retreat with quirks

The space was perfect for our family adventures.

The noise from the nearby kitchen was intrusive at night. It would have been nice to have a quieter room.

Perfect and peaceful hotel with a modern design. Supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating stuff in the whole venue. Fresh made breakfast for all tastes with cheese and juices, as for instance.

The rooms were newly remodelled and beautifully maintained with kitchen.

I loved the comfy Superior King Room and the delicious breakfast options each morning. The leisure room was a great spot to unwind after exploring, and I enjoyed the serene rooftop terrace. Just a heads-up, the light switches can be a bit tricky at night, but overall it was a lovely experience! 🌟

A true gem in Rome with perfect service

Especially at breakfast, were attentive, which significantly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to major attractions while still being a peaceful retreat.

The location was unbeatable, just steps from the Forum! The room was massive with a fine décor. Plus, it was super quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

Unbeatable location. Very attentive staff

Many of the rooms are in dire need of renovation, based on American standards, this property is by no means a 200+ Euros per night hotel.

It was just a fine choice for a lightning trip in Rome and great for the money. The hotel is in a nice residential area with a few bars and restaurants close by, which we loved. Remember, it's only bed and breakfast, so plan your meals accordingly.

Everything is good

location and excellent attention to detail. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant.

We visited the Colosseum and the Arch of Janus, both so close by! The staff was super friendly, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was tasty, and a cool terrace for hanging out. Just a heads up, parking might be tricky sometimes.

The only downside was the shower design. It felt a bit cramped, a bit annoying, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay.

Location was excellent, just besides the antique city of Rome. Breakfast was fine and the rooms and shower were very good and clean.

There is no direct entry with cars, so you have to carry your luggage through stairs or through a tiny street, which is a lesser problem given the location of the hotel.
